The bride's dress is gorgeous, as are all of her bridesmaid dresses! Gone are the days of matchy matchy . . . and in are the similar elements (ruffles) with different styles.  You all know I am a girly girl, so this photo makes me so happy!

(I'm awaiting photos of the Kardashian Wedding!!! Geez guess we'll have to wait until People comes out with it's exclusive million dollar purchase of the pics)

~I've Inspired a bride!~

This is pretty exciting.

Yes that is my job to inspire my brides, but it's fun when it actually happens and they get excited about the "new knowledge"!

Back here I posted about using Starbucks frappe bottles as cute beverages for a baby shower I was throwing (or any party for that matter)

(AND actually I got no pics from the baby shower of the glasses. Sad.)

Here's Corey's glasses that she made after seeing my post on my blog:

Strawberry milk for the kids at her wedding

(Ignore my bad photography! Lol just waiting on the professional pics!)

Corey you are adorable, and so crafty you didn't even know it!
Great job hun!

~Wedding Swoon: Ceci New York~

I am seriously loving these placecards and placemats by Ceci New York.
Saw on twitter (ummm getting obsessed: way too much inspiration there!)

"When Ceci asked me to design a tabletop based on her beautiful laser-cut collection, I was instantly inspired! I absolutely love that you can purchase such a delicate, beautiful product that’s already been designed to fit a romantic, elegant wedding or event. My inspiration came from the details in the cut-outs of the soft ivory damask opal placemats."

"I chose to work with a white and ivory palette and incorporate pieces that had a similar design. I pictured a naturally beautiful setting for a casual-yet-elegant lunch or dinner with friends. The white stone lanterns were a perfect addition, along with the glass bottles that had a floral pattern that matched my wrought-iron chairs. I added vintage pearl rosary necklaces to white hemstitch linen napkins as favors for the guests. The fan-shaped escort cards were beautiful on the white floral plates, which matched the other elements. I loved the simple white florals and how casually elegant the table looked with Ceci’s pieces dressing up the antique wood table."

What do you think?  I love the cuteness and style, may have to suggest these to brides!

~Heart Aches . . . and Prayers~

Words can not describe how devastating and sad the news I heard yesterday is.

One of my favorite couples that I have spent a lot of time with, helped plan out details of their wedding, spent the most special day of their lives with . . .

10 days after their wedding.
A tragic thing had happened.

The husband Andy was working out as usual.
Had a heart attack.
They couldn't save him.

I can't even imagine how Brooke must feel right now.  They were just starting their life together.
I know God has a big plan and that our wants and desires are nothing compared to the bigger plan.
But it's just so sad.
Brooke my heart breaks for you.  My prayers are for you and your family.
I can't even imagine what you are going through right now.

Just know that you both are truly loved.

I never ask for anything of my lovely followers, but can you please send some love and prayers out to Brooke and her family?

Thanks.

We had these in our wedding, and I fell in love.
Planted the same type that we had in our wedding in our yard, and get to see them each year!
