{Cassie & Matt's Hollywood Schoolhouse Wedding by Persimmon Images}

Cassie & Matt
Hollywood Schoolhouse
10.27.12

Where to even begin with this one??
I loved Cassie from our first meeting at Cupcake Royale.
She is just hilarious, like seriously funny. We never had a dull moment in planning the wedding! Matt himself is pretty funny too, and they compliment each other well.  I think they were laughing all of the way through the wedding, even at the ceremony.  They're just that cute!

Cassie and Matt thank you SO much for trusting me (and my crafty ideas) with your wedding!  We had some fun girl's craft nights, and even put Matt to work in punching out hearts out of an old used book.  Yes he did an entire book! We painted, we glittered, stickered, punched, etc.  So fun!

The wedding was stunning.  Not only is the couple pretty amazing, but I loved getting to know the family and friends. OH and we had a stellar team too!

To the fabulous photos, by some faves Kat and Justin from Persimmon Images:

My crazy talented hair and makeup lady Yessie Makeup Artistry in action.  Always making sure that the bride is 100% happy:)

Anna from Distinctive Designs Florist did an outstanding job with the bouquet, so in love with this!

Reason #5740 why I love this couple, they trusted me with their "classy schoolhouse" wedding invitations! Yup completely made and designed by SBTN!

Now for the guys:

I love this shot of the bouts:

The guys all look dapper in their charcoal grey suits and pink ties from Nordstrom

Cassie let her girls pick any color or style of bridesmaid dress, as long as it was grey and somewhat of a vintage vibe.  I love the variety:)

And Cassie's lace dress is just beautiful!

We painted the totes that had Cassie's gift to her girls.  Some pearls, and pink Toms!

Their good friend "Rev Stone" got officiated online to marry her friends. You would have thought she did this for a living! She did such an amazing job!

Cassie and her friends all went to Oregon State, and repped it with their rain boots
(which was perfect for a rainy Washington day!)

The moments before the first look.  So much excitement, anticipation and sweetness are found in these moments. They exchanged letters to each other right before:)

{The First Look}

Hollywood Schoolhouse is a pretty neat venue with so much history, and fun photo ops!

{The Ceremony}

I also designed the simple programs, with the fun vintage book confetti hearts for guests to toss at the newlyweds!

Rev Stone! Also how cute are they looking into each others eyes?

Mr. & Mrs!!!

Here comes the book page confetti!

{The Reception}

We rented light grey linens from Grand Event Rentals, as well as blush napkins for a soft, romantic feel. We wanted to keep it simple, but added a variety of centerpieces for layering.

Some of the tables we used vintage books and glasses from Vintage Ambiance.  Oh and see the glitter table numbers?

For the guestbook . . . at each table we had little books that I made with fun questions/advice for guests.

Cassie is a girl after my own heart . . . she loves her sweets! So we put together a fun candy/dessert bar for guests

The cute little cutting cake and mini cupcakes were made by Spirit Cupcakes.  They were devoured really quick that's for sure!

Personalized to go boxes for guests

The chalkboard escort cards

They had a fun choreographed first dance, it was so sweet!

Marc from Integral DJ's rocked the dance floor all night long . . .

WHAT an amazing night! I sure miss you guys, but am so happy that through this I have gained some new friends!! I wish you two a lifetime full of fun, love and lots of laughs!

Oooooh and they are now expecting baby #1!!! Eeeeek so exciting:)

Congrats again!!!
